SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Turnaround time is longer (7-10 working days). Because most of the items are made to order and are not in stock. We will make them as fast as I can :)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number and link/carrier to track your parcel. We ship all orders from Slovenia (Europe). Standard shipping for European orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days, international orders arrive within 5-8 weeks from leaving Slovenia. Postage costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your ship-to location and product type. Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages. If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you're responsible for the original shipping charges and any import duties/taxes that are incurred and the cost of the returning package to our warehouse. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to verify your address before purchasing. The buyer is responsible if the wrong address is provided.
To return an item simply download and fill the return form (download here) and send it with the unwanted item(s) back to us within 15 days from the day you receive your package. The item must be in perfect condition and is subject to inspection to verify that it is not used, damaged, worn or washed; item tag has to be still applied to the garment. You will be notified by e-mail when we have received it. Refunds will be given as store credit or using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable, unless faulty. NO refunds are issued for digital purchases - ALL sales are final. Original shipping charges and international duties/taxes are non-refundable. The shipping fee back to us will be at your charge. Make sure to use tracking with your parcels to avoid losing them on the way back to our stock.
If you want to make an exchange, we recommend you to place a new order for the size/style that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold and request a refund for your original order by filling out the form in the return section above.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately. We will provide an exchange or a full refund for defective items. Note that items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
